I don't think I would start him if it's the league in your signature - tough for him to contribute positively to those categories I am betting,
I guess for the future it would depend on how well he plays in his next game or two. If he keeps stumbling badly, I would wait until that stops.
He needs a bounce back desperately. With the way he's been getting lit up, they should have given him a softer opponent to regain his confidence. I think tonight will be a game that has a significant impact on future starts, especially against tougher opponents. Sit him tonight. If he performs well, start him against stiffer competetion next time, if you're in a bind. If he falteds terribky, it may be while before he starts consistently.
