id prefer rask, he has proven he can do it at the nhl level and father time will eventually take out thomas. boston looks to be good for a long time.
I would likely only be able to keep one of the two, which means that one of them is trade bait now.
Which would you prefer to keep in a points only keeper league - 2 points for a W and 2 points for a SO?

Yeah I'd rather keep Rask long-term, and incidentally now could be a good time to sell high on Markstrom after he left people wanting more in his last string of starts.
Goalies: If I'm pickin em you best be sittin em!
I pick Rask here. Although Markstrom is a good young goalie, I really like the like Rask's situation in Boston. He could be the full time starter next year for one of the top defensive teams in the NHL. Rask has proved that he can play well in this league and will continue to do so.

Rask for me, too. Markstrom looks great, but so did Steve Mason in his rookie season. I'm going to have to see a lot more before I'd put him above Rask.
RETIRED
pure coin flip IMO, Rask has the upper hand in terms of being on a much better team and getting some starts now, but Markstrom likely will leap into the starting role next season and Rask will have to sit behind TT one more year after this one.
As much as it hurts. You take Rask here. His situation is still better even with Florida on the way up.
Markstrom might be more talented but the gap is not close enough to justify taking him over Rask.
