Default Settle for 1/2 G pts and upgrade my skaters?

Last year I had great Gs (Miller, Kiprusoff, and Howard iirc) but they did awful for me. In hindsight I would have done much much better had I traded them all away after Howard posted a SHO in his first game. Rather than the 6 or 7 points in the end, I would have earned 22 pts ((max GAA and SVP) + (min W and SHO) = 50% of max pts) and gotten better skaters. Well I got the shutout again this season so I have 0 GAA and 1.00 SVP, do I go through with it this year??? Do I settle for half the maximum G pts and trade away Bryz and Niemi for stellar skaters??? I want to win. I don't necessarily care how. Thanks.

No - I think you have better goal tending this year. You should be good for about 28 points with that goalie group you have.

Thanks Shoeless but my math was wrong. 10 team rotisserie so min is 4, max is 40. I have 22 of 40 guaranteed if I trade away all of my goalies now. You thinking playing Bryz and Niemi for the whole season will result in more points than trading away my 3 goalies and upgrading my skaters?

No way, Bryz will be top 3 goalies this year (probably tops in wins and games played), and Niemi should do very well with the addition of Burns to the blue line.

If I were you I would consider dealing one Boyle, Chara or Subban for an offensive boost. It will probably require one of the first 2 to add a forward who can move the needle for your team.
