    Default Please Rank Goalies

I am picking 14th tonight (out of 15 teams) in my Fantasy Point Keeper League, and the following goalies are going back into the draft. I can't go wrong with either....I would prefer Miller or Lundqvist but I doubt they will be available....So I am thinking my options will be in the Bryzgalov/Rinne/Fleury/Thomas/Quick/Vokoun bracket.

We start 2 goalies weekly, and have only a 3 max slot bench.

Following Goalies available: (due to contractual status)
    Miller (probably be gone)
    Lundqvist (probably be gone)

Rinne (STUD might be in King Henrik's class soon)
Bryzgalov (switching to the Eastern Conference)
    Fleury (Solid)
Quick (really like Quick with the Kings but the Bernier factor hangs around)
Vokoun (really like Vokoun but the Neuvrith factor hangs around)
Hiller (coming back from serious vertigo injury)
Thomas (soon Rask will be ready one would think, 50/50 split this season?)
Mason (maybe is a tier 2 goalie soon)

Personally, I'd rank them like this.

Rinne: People don't realize it but if he didn't miss time with an injury last year, he would have probably had 40 wins.
    Lundqvist
    Miller
    Bryzgalov
    Quick
    Fleury
    Thomas
    Vokoun
    Hiller

Steve Mason isn't even close to any of these guys, he's way down there.

That's pretty much the order I'd have as well...probably take Lundqvist first, but I'd be perfectly happy with any of the 1st three choices as my #1.

    Who's this NYR9394 guy?

    Lundy
    Rinne
    Bryzgalov
Miller (only lower than Bryz IMO because BUF said they'll play Miller less. Also BUF has most back-to-back games of any team this year).
    Quick
Hiller (Hiller could be above Quick actually if healthy)
    Fleury
    Vokoun
    Mason

Nobody has concerns with Quick in LA? I just feel Bernier will steal some more starts this season......or am I wrong.

I like Quick, but I don't see him play more then 55-60 games.

I love Quick in LA and wouldn't hesitate to draft him. Kings coaching staff did mention that they will play the hot hand this year...but Quick had Bernier in his rearview all last year and didn't falter at all. I think he's a solid goalie and if the Kings really decide to give the reigns to Bernier, Quick would be dealt.

Bottom line - if I had the opportunity to draft him, I would.

I'm back from Korea. I went on a secret mission to find out if Shoeless was, in fact, a computer with tons of hockey knowledge instead of a real person. My findings were inconclusive. LoL.
