Default kopi, seidenberg+ for nash, shatty+

this is for the second league in my sig, my team is in it to win this year, there was just a couple trades with me competition so i feel like i might have to step up even a little more right now.

    the trade is

    my

    nash, shattenkirk and markstrom

    for

    kopitar, seidenberg and allen

i get the best player in the trade with kopitar, i feel that markstrom is the way better goalie prospect but not by a really big margin, allen could come through in a couple of years. seidenberg is really underated in this format and got 312pts in our league last year where shatty got 338.

is this to much to give up for kopitar. is nash going get over 45 goals finally and make this deal look really bad. or is kopi gonna light it up this year and continue to move towards elite status

That's not even close for me. I like Kopitar and all but he's no different than Nash in that we keep saying he's going to break out and become elite but then something happens and he gets sidetracked.

Markstrom over Allen by a lot. I don't think the margin is that close.

Shattenkirk over Seidenberg by a lot. Playing in St.Louis is better than Colorado for Shattz

Even if you think Kopitar is far and away better than Nash, the other 2 components make it a no go for me.

    Pass.

I like your side a lot more. I think you are giving up too much for Koipitar. He has the potential to be an elite player, but until he reaches that potential I wouldnt pay that much for him.

Agree with everyone else and I'm going to kobash this trade right now. The difference in points between Nash and Kopitar aren't that much. The cost of losing a young stud like Shattenkirk who hasn't even come into his own yet is incredible, and Markstrom still has incredible trade value. Keep the guys you already have and be ready to dominate.

I'm the GM who made that offer. You're not helping me at all here to trade Kopitar

Kopitar got 585 pts in our league in 2009, so why can't he get 600 +pts when in prime...

Nash got 525 pts two years ago, so what is the max for him...

Yes Markstrom will be great, but Allen is no slouch either and could be better than Markstrom in future...

His two goalies are Vokoun and Howard, so I think Diamondback can wait 2 years for Allen...

Seidenbergh is less than Shatter, but you can always make a counteroffer...

Don't forget that C worth more in our league than wingers.
