It depends if your league is "daily start" or "weekly start". Put this in your SIG.
In a "daily start" league, it is very valuable to have another goalie to rotate in so you can get as many starts as possible. Those of us on DobberHockey know that Anaheim has the most different-start nights... they play often when other teams are NOT. This makes Hiller a very valuable goalie in many leagues because he will be playing when your main goalie (Quick) is not. You also have very few goalie categories... so you have to downgrade your goalies a lot.
In a "weekly start" league, there isn't much value to having another goalie. You are going to roll with Quick every week. You won't need a back-up unless Quick gets injured. Nobody (in their right mind) is going to hold Bernier on their bench taking up a valuable roster spot when he has no value while Quick is #1. In a "weekly start", I wouldn't waste a pick on a back-up goalie. If Quick gets injured, jump to the waiver wire and grab Bernier as possible. In a "weekly start" league, teams won't (or "shouldn't") be hoarding goalies because there isn't much point.
Summary:
If "daily start", I'd probably consider Hiller with one of your 3rd round picks.
If "weekly start", I'm not drafting another goalie. Use them all on skaters.
