not sure if it will be with the Ducks, they have offered him twice a one year deal and he has said no.

I read, in my morning paper, that Teemu declared he would\'ve retired had he won the Cup in Colorado 3 years ago...

I don\'t see why he would retire as long as he is enjoying himself, and I think he is enjoying himself in Anaheim. I also don\'t think him not wanting to sign again with Anaheim until after the playoffs is indicative of his attitude towards them.

I mean, the reason he said he would have retired after winning a cup in Colorado is because he was playing with a nagging injury that just never seemed to heal, and he couldn\'t play \"his\" game, which must have really depressed him. But ever since his surgery and recovery, his play has undergone a renaissance, and that must change his attitude.

I believe he will stay in the league. I know Teemu is a class guy and is one of the best guys in the league to have a chat with. I think he will cash in on a two year contract with somebody. Why not, you have your cup, now cash up and leave the game in two years. Everyone will remember you for two things anyway...

1)Winnipeg-throwing your glove in the air and shooting it down after that huge goal.
2)Lifting that cup over your head.

Teemu, cash up. Come play in Canada again.

I have to agree that he\'ll stay a little longer, he\'s still putting up the numbers and is on a team that has a chance to repeat for another year.

I for one hopes he plays.. luv to watch him.. he plays for the sheer joy of it. He\'s a god in Finland anyway when he quits its name your tune Teemu back home.
