Haha, fun...this is going to be an absolute guessing game for me for Varlamov and Smith.

    Varlamov - 24 wins
    Smith - 22 wins
    Anderson - 29 wins
    Reimer - 29 wins

lol again, gut feeling for all. Keeping it conservative. Quite honestly I would expect all 4 of them to fall within the 20-30 win range. Anderson and Reimer could probably crack 30 wins but they would have to play just as well as they did to end the season last year.

My thoughts, and based on their being starters....and relatively good health. (Everyone please feel free to make witty remarks about that last statement )

Varlamov - 27 wins ( if the off season groin repairs worked, some magic here)

Smith - 24 wins (doesn't have the reg season stones that Bryz packed )

Anderson - 23 wins (and thats assuming he starts alot..sry OTT fans)

Reimer - 27 wins (hot start, cooler finish : +4 wins if they ditch Komisarek)

    Varlamov - 24
    Smith - 20
    Anderson - 33
    Reimer - 32

Anderson and Reimer are your two standouts here, by a long shot, in my opinion. Varly and Smith haven't really proven much yet, despite getting chances to do so in the past. They may have great seasons, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Anderson and Reimer are tough to choose from. I'd decide that by which team you figure will get more wins. Both are solid goalies. I just like Anderson's .939 save percentage in Ottawa last year, even though it was only 18 games. Some players just click with certain teams.

Varly could win up to 35 if he plays 70 and remains healthy. Healthy and Varly hardly go in the same sentence.

    Anderson 30

Riemer - a lot of people placing a lot of stock in this kid. I wouldn't want to COUNT on anything. Perfect third goalie.

Smith - de facto #1? Drops the ball and the monsterous Labarbera surprises us? 20 wins with upside. Phoenix can also get fed up with the tenders and shoot some youth out the door for another tender to stabilize the situation. Bernier? Rask? Neuvirth? other?
