Go with your gut and keep Gustavsson.

Gustavsson, he will get a chance to shine again should Reimer falter.

Ellis has all but played himself out of the NHL. With one year left on his contract, he would need to have a monster season to find a job in 2012-2013.

If any? Gus but I don't know how much of a bargain he is going to be. I like 4T2 think that Ellis is approaching 'toast' status.

Even at that, you have 3 top goalies already. So, I'm guessing your trading one off and getting Gustavsson or Ellis in return? Unless there are positional restrictions or a very large number of keepers, I don't see the value in keeping either of these goalies. They are both easily re-draftable or you could even get them on the waiver wire.
