At the risk of sounding like a douche (heh-heh...yeah, that's never happened before) I very much like my roster. Glad I was able to snag Barrie and Salak in the prospect draft.
Gonna take a couple of years for my roster to fully mature but its nice, balanced, and has some depth.

I think I can finish middle of the pack this coming season, but that many of my key players still have room to improve, so within 2-3 years everyone should be peaking and hopefully I can compete within that time-frame.
I also quite like having 9 first round picks for 2012! That will help me land some very good players.

just for the record SeaDawg no owns all ten 1st round picks in next years draft!!.... I must say I have never seen someone do that before, but it could pay off handsomely.
