So I'm hearing Dave Bolland is in for tonights game. WTF??? He's not ready two nights ago
because of post concussion issues and now that it's do or die he's in? I admire his courage but wonder about the decision to play from his standpoint and from the teams. For me this type of situation shows a teams true character. For Vancouver its about having the killer instinct and for the Hawks its about going down with pride. What they're doing right now is total garbage and shouldn't be acceptable at all, Duncan Keith should have gotten way more than just 2 minutes...they are the cockiest organization in the league. Not one person in the league congratulated them on their cup victory at the draft or NHL awards.

I think the Bolland elbow should see a suspension of a game or two. Deliberate target of an opponents head without the puck with intent to injure. Sadly, because Erhoff skated away nothing will be done.

Especially Kane, a total douchbag. Evidence: the NHL awards show when he grabbed a girl just because the camera was on him not because he knew the girl; got drunk and assaulted a cab driver; mocked the limo and the cab drivers at the victory parade; taunted Shawn Thornton when he was leaving the ice bleeding profusely. I'm by no means a fan of either of these teams but Vancouver better be careful. This could very well be what Chicago needs to get rolling. Bolland has played a huge game for the blackhawks so far.

But I do agree, the officiating in this game has been lousy.

It's just one game and the Nucks have this series wrapped up and probably would have won anyways, but I would have loved to see how different this series would have been with a healthy Bolland. They're like a different team.

Edit: Did one of the Canucks take the game puck off the ice at the end of the game? I saw one of them come off the bench as the final whistle blew and picked something up off the ice. Did anyone else catch that?
