Finals Thoughts

These are the final 2 days of our leagues final. I am currently winning 6-4, it's h2h. Here is my dilemma:

W: 4-1 Him

GAA: 2.38 - 2.40 Me

SA%: .929 - .922 Me

SHO: Tied at 0.



So right now, it is 2-1-1 in favor of me. So my question is, should I risk starting any goaltenders the rest of the way? I am ahead in most forward cats and should come out ahead in them, but goaltending worries me.


Here are the goalies and possible starts for each of us today and tomorrow.

ME

Miller @ Columbus - tonight
Riemer vs Montreal - tonight
Vokoun vs Washington - tonight


HIM

Roloson @ Carolina - tonight (played last night)
Rinne @ St Louis - tonight (played last night)
Lehtonen @ Minnesota - tomorrow


So, do you think any of his remaining starts will better my current lead in GAA and SV%? Should I start anyone, if so, who?

If it were my team I would roll Miller + Reimer, but I'll make it clear that I typically don't hide goalies if i still have a category to win (in this case shutouts). It's a tough call because a lot of teams are going to take the foot off the pedal to rest for the playoffs but I still like Miller's chances against Columbus.

As for which starts to be worried about on his side, I would really be worried about his Lehtonen start against Minnesota because that is a crucial game for the Stars playoff hopes...they're going to leave it all on the ice. I like their odds against Minnesota who hasn't been the biggest offensive powerhouse lately.

Like I said, this is just what I would do if it were my team. Good luck either way.
