The league looks interesting. I'm guessing it's a free league though since there's no mention of an entry fee in the rules?
it is a free league, except for a small fee to cover for expenses for setting up the league on fantrax.

The Coyotes are currently OTC for the prospect draft (Nugent-Hopkins, Larsson and other big names haven't been taken yet). For the inaugural draft they haven't picked yet and currently host the 18th pick.
The Philadelphia Flyers have already used their NHL inaugural draft first round pick on some guy named Crosby.
Join up guys this promises to be a very fun and competitive league.
