I much prefer Larsson here.
His late season surge indicates he's finally figuring things out. He has a legit chance at becoming a number 1 defenseman. He's a high pick who has just been given a long term contract, so his team will do everything to allow him to succeed.
In a points only league, Jenner projects as mediocre at best.

Get Larsson, Jenner is likely replaceable as it stands right now (who knows where he fits in the line up, and can he stay healthy?)

I was going to say the opposite, actually. If hits don't count, Jenner's value takes a hit and at that point, I'd rather get 30-35 points from Larsson (which is on the lower end of his projections IMO) than 40-45 from Jenner.
