Default Buy Low - who bounces back and who doesn't?

Who below is a buy low candidate and who is a lame duck? Projections also:

Kopitar - I think he goes on a 'tear' soon, just nowhere near last year's Pace. 65-70pts. Buy

Ehlers- will be better but without that precious PP time, will be hard to break 55 pts. Sell

Pacioretty - don't think this is his year; 40 pts is what I predict. Sell

J Neal - never been a fan since his Pittsburgh days... Lacks top deployment...40 points tops. Sell

Schwartz- to consistent to not bounce back. Just a matter of time; 60 points. Buy

W Karlsson - not gonna be Superman but 25 g 65 points should be attainable. Buy

Pavelski - not the stud he once was; now more of a 60-65 guy. Him and the rest of the sharks will be better. 60 points. Buy

I know there are more; feel free to add. Thanks.

Kevin Fiala - sophomore slump? Buy for keeper leagues. Sell for this year. I would love to hear hope for this year....

Dougie Hamilton - way too good not to eventually put it together. Buy methinks.

Richard Rakell - where are the goals? Buy.

Alex Wennberg - new norm. Sell.

Matt Dumba - not playing poorly but at a 40 point pace. I think he ends up at 50. Buy.

Alex Pietrangelo - was expecting regression but he won't score 35 points. 45 points+. Buy.

I like Rakell as mentioned above. Playing at a 55 pt pace and shooting 6% but a focal point of the offense. Hope to see Anaheim turn it around.

A few others that come to mind:

    Stepan
Carter (although has started to warm up...window might be closed there)
Eberle (not the biggest fan but a 38 pt pace seems low)
Mantha (probably more for deeper leagues but surely he's better than a 26 pt pace yes?)

Hamilton - He is a second half player
Karlsson - The numbers may not be elite this seaon, but they will be damn good and they are coming
    Kopitar - Notoriously slow starter
Rakell - Needs some puck luck
Ghost - Philly is just waking up
    Schwartz - Points will come

Ekblad - 2 Assists and 29 shots. I know he wont ever be the number 1 guy in Fla but he has to be better then this. But I am not sure how much better he will be.

Jake Muzzin - 4 Points - Still putting up decent peripherals - And LA is going to turn it around at some point, they cant be this bad for ever

Ekblad has been a disaster for me. I had high hopes for him this year after a strong second half last season.

Another gm just yesterday, offered me Kopitar + for Guentzel + and we ended up negotiating his Koptitar+Sheary for my Guentzel+Mantha. We both then ended up dropping Sheary and Mantha for other WW options. So it was pretty much Guentzel straight up for Kopitar.... And I'm thinking of adding Mantha back in place of either Jokiharju or Rattie or Pominville or Thornton. But then I'll be a bit overloaded on RW. Should I add Mantha for one of those? (Multicat league)
