I'd trade Carlsson. Washington is on the decline and he's getting older. But you'd get more for Chabot, so shop both and see what you get.
Hi all,
My team was a mess after the draft this year and I have been able to flip it a bit to get a younger core. We can keep 10 (no restriction on the position), and add 2 extra players at 150g or less. Pts only, bonuses for ppg, shg and hat trick. My core is
J. Robertson
Barkov
DeBrincat
Thomas
E. Lindholm
Ehlers
Hamilton
Carlson
Chabot
Helleibuck
2 extra 150g-: Caufield and Jarvis.
Also I have Landeskog so I have one that has to leave.
So would you try to deal either Chabot or Carlson, or both, to improve on the D side (which may be difficult). I can add Landeskog as a candy. Or keep both, try to deal Landeskog for a pick.
Some advise would be welcome
Thanks

Like the previous post said, I’d dangle both. I think Chychrun’s value is very high right now, and Carlson’s is low. For that reason, I think it’s very likely the best move is to cash in on Chychrun right now and see what you can get.
try to trade Carlson for Andersson. Cash in on John's name value and get yourself the most underappreciated consistent fantasy D-man around. He's almost a decade younger and has proven, despite loads of change from last season to this one in Calgary, that he can still produce at a consistent rate.
My mistake! In that case, I would try to deal Chabot. If my math is correct, 42% of his point totals this season and last came on the power play. I think Chychrun is a big roadblock for him and many speculate that Chychrun will be the power play QB sooner rather than later.
I was able to swap Chabot for a high pick, which was swap for Bratt.
10 team, points only, no cap, Bonus : PPG, SHG, HT, Shoot OutTop 9F, 4D, 1G . Keep 10 + 2 extras 150g or less, Max 22 (12F, 6D, 2G + 2 extras)
