Lindy Ruff said Jamie Benn is a question mark for an undisclosed injury. He did not skate today. Hemsky and Demers took maintenance days.
The Stars don't always disclose much information on injuries, so this is about all we're likely to get in the short term.

I really hope he doesn't miss any games. I'm in the middle of an H2H Championship Final and he is a key component for me. I also own him in another league in which I am two weeks away from finishing first, and once again he is an important player for me.

Is it me or are these big time player injuries getting ridiculous. I don’t think I’ve seen a yr with so many stars get hurt in the final weeks.

I get a good chuckle out of everybody going to the Calgary media to get word on Benn's status. They do have reporters in Texas who cover the Stars quite closely.

Was never really worried about Benn anyways. Saw when he got hurt, he didn't miss a shift and played in the final minute protecting the lead.

C'mon dude...where were you with this info the other day? The only reports I saw indicated that he left the last game early and was questionable for tonight. Would have been nice to know that he hadn't actually left the last game early. That is a very poor and misleading media report.
