did a little bit of research and it looks like McDonalds coffee has a lot less caffeine in their coffee compared to Tim Hortons coffee. Much prefer the taste of McDonalds coffee plus you get a muffin for a penny! lol
Recommended intake - up to 400 mg of caffeine a day
McDonalds Large Coffee (21 floz) - 185 mg
Tim Hortons XL Coffee (24 floz) - 330 mg

While catching up with some Keeping Karlsson podcasts, I caught the prospects episode where Daniel Negreanu discussed the Vegas Knight. I had never heard him talk hockey before and he is extremely knowledgeable. He not only spoke of the Knights and their expansion drafts but of other prospects on his team. Is he a poster here? His passion for hockey is very evident.

I kept watching his daily vlogs during the world series of poker and he would talk quite a bit about the golden knights coming to town. he seemed to know all the players and was pretty excited about the team they selected during the expansion draft
