Tuch and Vrana are both good prospects too... but I think you got to keep the upside of Patrick.
    Nice thanks PH

Yeah, ended up declining for this reason. If he hadn't warmed up, I might have made the move. But with young players who have the pedigree to be given the chances, it just made sense for me to hold the highest upside. Thanks for your perspective, as well!

The Flyers have an important stretch ahead of them... with the division being so tight they need to make the most of the next stretch of games:

    Hurricanes Win
    Canadiens Win
    Coyotes SO Win
    Golden Knights Win
    Devils SO Loss
    Blue Jackets OT Win
    Rangers Win
Canadien OTWin - huge comeback win late in game
    Blue Jackets Win
    Senators Win
    Canadiens
    Hurricanes.

Play 'should beat' teams in Canadiens (2x) Senators (2x) and Coyotoes.
Then they play a bunch of games against the other teams right behind and right ahead of them in the division.
    .
Don't fix what doesn't need fixing... I am glad that Hextall stood firm today and didn't make any panic moves!

I agree, I did like the claim of Oduya, as I think he's an upgrade on Alt.

1st place in the division, after the trade deadline has passed. It’s been a while since we have been In This position this late in the season!

The guys on hockey central said that the Flyers have not lost a game since the Eagles won the superbowl.... I think they meant in regulation but still awesome...

Can we see two championships coming to the city of Philly in the same year??

Flyers would get wrecked by tampa and pittsburgh. probably boston and toronto too. Guess anything can happen in the playoffs though.

Oh trust me... my expectations are not that we are going to get by Tampa and Pittsburgh and boston and Toronto...

I’m not sure the numbers suggest that, but the top lines are comparable. As far as a playoff match goes with that in mind, what the teams have between the pipes in terms of consistency and dependability is light years apart.

That's correct. Until this past weekend, 76ers also hadn't lost. It's been a long time since we've had 2 teams in championship games.

Averaged a point per game plus in junior. Can play any forward spot, and is reasonably decent defensively, especially for his age. He's a solid top six forward, with upside around 70 points at max, I think.
