Your getting to little in return... Parise is a top 3 LW and what your getting in return isn't the greatest. What cats are you behind in, Ryan and Downie will defn boost you in PIM if thats what you need. I wouldn't accept this as I value Parise a lot especially since there is a chance he can be shipped off to a team like LA!
Agreed, you're getting roasted in this deal even if you are trying to win now.

My first thought was that you might as well do this -- since Parise will be tough to keep over Staal, Kane or Malkin -- but I don't think the upgrade from Leino to Ryan is enough to justify giving this other owner a great keeper. The fact that you're giving up Zajac and Little only makes it worse. Myers isn't having a great season, and he's lost PP time to Sekera and Leopold.
I'd pitch Parise to the whole league and see what else you can get.

So you guys really feel that Parise is that far ahead (even after this knee issue) of E.Staal or possibly B.Ryan as my 3rd Forward KEEPER? Plus, I could pick up J.Staal(C-Pit) to make up for losing T.Zajac.

I actually don't think he'd do this offer, but he does have interest in Pavelski.
Do you guys have any other suggestions? My team is in 2nd and 1st place is just starting to pull away.......
