i got an alrite offer in my keeper sim league. keep in mind this is a sim league and its basically like creating a fantasy league team in nhl 2011 and simming the entire year to see how your team does. each player has an ov rating from the previous years stats. my team is in my sig. i have alot of good prospects coming through for me next year but i would like to solidify my goaltending situation.

i got this offer and i would like to see what your guys thoughts are. i think its still a bit to much for my liking

i get fluery, marchand and a 5th rounder

stepan, filatov and a first rounder

he wants my first which would be top 6 but im trying to change it to about 16th overall in the first round. either way the pick is highly vauable, basically the way i see it im giving up 3 top notch guys prospects for an above average goalie on a great team

I would stick with what you have personally good goalies are worth more than that in my sim league.

well the thing is i would be getting fleury. its not a crazy price tag for an elite goalie but im not sure if i would consider him elite. i think hes an above average goalie on a good team. he does already have a cup and showed he can step up in the crunch but ive always been a little worried about him ever since that stint at the world jrs. i would be giving one propspect who im huge on in stepan and a wildcard with filatov. the pick should be a top 10 in next years draft so that could also turn into an elite player. i was wondering if you guys feel fleury will challenge for that elite status and could sneak into the top 5 goalies year in and year out or if he will just always be an above average goalie on a good team
