He has Lundqvist confirmed to start, and I have Varlamov (unconfirmed the last I checked).
Do I sit Varly and hope that Lundy doesn't improve his stats, or play him and just hope he does better? Thanks!

That's sticky. If not for the shutout category I'd say sit him cuz you've set a nice bench mark and why risk losing the save percentage battle but you could snake a shutout and that's enough for me to gamble. Your fate is pretty much tied to whether or not the Caps win or lose any how but with a possible shutout to gain I think it's worth your while.
LWL has Varly confirmed now. Man this is right on the line here, in the end I'd roll the dice and start Varly. I'd rather risk a loss because I started Varly rather than risk a loss because I kept him benched. That's just me though, but good luck no matter which way you decide to go.

Thanks guys. It is tough, what I think it comes down to is if I play him, WAS needs to beat NYR. If I don't play him, then WAS would still need to score more than 2 goals on Lundqvist.
I know what you mean NoWayOut, last Sunday I sat Halak to insure GAA and SV%, but if I would have played him I could have tied wins too. Ussually don't like sitting goalies.
