Bump - and Shoeless, if you're still reading this thread, I set up a poll on the site to vote for waiver systems... so if you want us to use NHL waivers, feel free to vote! haha.

Bump. Leagues about half full, but we've already rejected several we didn't feel met the qualities we are looking for.

Hey Dyz - neat idea with the poll. To tell you the truth I really hadn't thought the whole thing through. Just seems to me that a system where teams that are lower in the league standings get some edge - not enough to be league altering in the short term but a player here or there might help them.

Never been much of a fan of the waiver bidding system although it is certainly entertaining.

I find the bidding process can get so out of hand. If teams have cap space they can go for so much more than they should whereas if not many teams have cap space, great players can go for league minimum.

But only 4 teams from each division allowed so only 11 or 12 teams actually left.

We've been screening pretty intensively. I've already kicked out 2 or 3 guys just for not registering/setting up their threads within the first few days.

ATL is gone now too, I'll reserve Ottawa for you.
