It can for me. I cant recall any draft in my life where I was more concerned with my teams pick. Last year I was a huge Taylor Hall supporter and there was a little bit of unease with all the Taylor vs Tyler saga, but ultimately I was convinced Hall was gonna be the choice.

This year im just as much a RNH supporter as I was Hall, but the confidence I have in the Oilers agreeing with me isnt nearly as high.

I know I shouldnt be mad if they go with Larsson, because he is a great young dman, but I will be.

I used to be a Larsson supporter and was going to be mad because I thought they'd pick RNH. But now I'm on board with RNH and I'm positive that's who they'll pick - they've had a hard on for him all year and he did great in the interviews whereas Larsson didn't.

Always a chance but I'm not sure I see it happening.

Wouldn't complain too much as long as they landed Larsson at #3 and got a decent incentive to move down.

Yeah, not sure I can see it happening either, but I would hope that is the only scenario in which they take Larsson.

seems like maybe something could happen. now im starting to wonder if col might take larsson at #2 which would change the entire landscape of this draft. if they did then i would wonder about trading down, but if we could get a good package and larsson at 3rd i wouldnt be to upset. but i still would rather have RNH

Don't think it changes the landscape much.

It's likely going to be some combo of RNH, larsson, Huberdeau, Landeskog regardless as far as top 4.

Outside chance that Lou takes Hamilton at #4 and one of Landeskog/Huberdeau fall to NYI/sens

Yep.. either way they can't complain though. Hell if I was any team picking in the top 6 or even 8 I'd be pretty stoked about this draft.

Right now I am hoping for Jenner. But lots of guys I would still be pretty happy with.
