I think I answered it pretty succinctly, but since you need it answered again.

As a GM or coach, I would want good players, and I understand that professional hockey is a business and not something to get in my feels about. If you still think that doesn't answer your question, that is on you.

Sounds like a Mike Babcock approach - don’t care about feelings cause hockey is just a business.
