Habs need to draft better and to develop those draft picks into real impact players. That has happened too little. That is the problem.

At this point the Habs don't even need to assign a center for the faceoff. Let everyone line up outside the circle in their natural wing position.

The entire team disgusted me with their lack of response. I would have two-handed Parayko in the neck. The message they sent was..... yeah do whatever you want, we have no heart or soul and don't care about each other anyway... Reminded me of when Lucic ran Ryan Miller and the Sabres skaters just stood around. Sickening.

Um, no. I'm saying that the GM & coach seem to care about having Francophones on the roster.

So you are saying the players need to speak French...if, as you say, the GM and coach care and they are the ones making personnel decisions than you are saying the players now need to speak French to be added to the team. I do believe the organization is a little too focused on the whole French thing...but at the same time I get their regard for the cultural relationship of the team to the province. But I don’t think they are going to say no to a trade that benefits the team because a potential new player doesn’t speak French.

Drouin left in the 2nd and did not return. He took an Alzner slap shot to the ribs. He was seen leaving the arena in civies heading to the hospital for x-rays.

Didn't see game but Morrow looked like he did okay. Ditto for petry.
He's filled in well for fantasy team. But now the injured players are coming back.

Niemi might have earned himself an NHL contract this summer. He's been very good.
