Unfortunately, this one! Really took the mojo out of the senators, and was down hill from there in the playoff race!

Will this layoff be good for the Habs. Was one series thayt I wouldn't have predicted a sweep.

It's hard to say, usually I'm not a fan of that much time off, I find teams tend to lose momentum. I guess it will depend on how the other series plays out

I'm not sure. I was there for the Black Sabbath concert last week. The gate opened later but I couldn't resist taking a picture of a closed gate in the Sens' arena.

That could go a bunch of ways. It's only one of a bunch of factors that go into game one of round two.

My hunch would be that it does, or at least it doesn't really benefit them. I didn't notice any injuries that needed healing up or what not? Just waiting now to see who they play.

If y'all thought the Sens kicked the shit out of the Habs last year, wait til the Bruins are done with them . It's not gonna be pretty.

Habs always play the Bruins well, especially in the playoffs. They always seem to have more trouble with Ottawa and Carolina than Boston and Pittsburgh.

12-team Keeper pool, straight points for forwards & dmen. Goalies get: 2 points per win, 3 per shutout, 1 point per assist & 1 point per shootout loss.

    League champ in 2013, 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2022.

Top 8 forwards, 5 dmen and 2 goalies count.

We keep 15 players (any position) plus two rookies.

Forwards: Panarin, Ovechkin, Kopitar, Stamkos, Tuch, Rust, Marchessault, Pavelski, Miller, Bertuzzi, Stone, Kakko, Brown, Stankoven, Kovalenko
Defence: Hedman, Fox, Matheson, Thrun, Jiricek
Goalies: Kochetkov, Talbot, Vasilevskiy, Campbell, Schmid

Depends on how long the Bruins-Wings series goes. If that goes seven games, then it's more beneficial to have that extra time to rest and let the other teams wear each other down.
