Ehlers especially, he's being rag dolled all over the lineup and getting the same ice time as Appleton most nights. Montreal should try and poach both PLD AND Ehlers if they can.

With Florida battling for a playoff spot I figured it would and all previous games were beatdowns.
I would prefer the Habs to stay 5th last.

Yes sorry they picked this game to suck when you had nice seats.

Overall though it works out. We lost to Panthers giving them life in heir playoff race and potentially hurting the value of that 1st rounder, but we creep that much closer to nailing down a top 5 pick in the 2023 draft. And Philly lost in OT so another point separation there from 7th.

Now it's down to 6 games left - we still have a pretty tough finish, Arizona's schedule quite a bit easier, so I'm thinking we hold on to that 5th to last finish and the 8.5% chance at Bedard (plus however many balls, if any, are contributed by wherever Florida finishes).

Look forward to that lottery on May 8th!
