I swore someone had picked him up during last season, but then maybe he was dropped.
I can't find him anywhere in the excel sheet rosters.
BTW, it's eastern time zone and you get the 1/2 hour from when your pick time is mentioned.

as soon as it is your time you are allowed to pick, which means you have from the time listed for your pick until the min. before the pick after you because once it hits their time they can pick
