Dumbest move you've made
I was just reading broadway's sellers remorse post, and it got me thinking. Since I seem to regret any move almost as soon as I make it, what was my worst ever move??
I think this is it.
My pool is points only keep 6(see below)
I traded my Heatley,Prospal and Peverly for his Lecavalier,Spezza and Kaberle(he brought me this offer all on his own), great move right? Well I started thinking and guess what I did?
Two or three days later Peverly puts up 3 or 4 points in a big game, I offer my trade partner Peverly for Spezza and next years 2nd, well he accepted and the rest is history.
Oh boy do I wish I could use my Hot Tub Time Machine to change that trade.
Oh well, live and learn I guess.
If any of you have any similar follies please share and I can find solice in fitting in.

Mine is a drafting error. In this year's inaugural draft, the goalie rush hit and being my first time in a keeper league, I thought it would be smart to go with Niemi in the 2nd and Nitty in the 3rd round. By the time the Hawks dropped Niemi, there were no good options for young goalies left so I have Leclaire and Rolo on the bench.....It could take me years to correct this problem, but I'll stick it out.

My Parise, Getz, and Carter (during the 2006-07 season - Getz and Parise had 60 ish pts and Carter had less than 40pts)
for his Naslund (60pts) and Hejduk (70pts)...
I was pushing for a win and the three younger players weren't performing really well and I thought relying on the vets would secure the win...it did, but I didn't fair so well the following year when the three youngsters all turned out to be super-stars...

Too funny, looking back in retrospect we can easily see our mistakes but I am sure that at the time it all made sense.
In my inaugugural keeper league draft, I traded away Roberto Luongo and a 6th round draft pick for Carey Price and Marc-Andre Fleury. He used the draft pick to get Martin Biron when he signed with Philly.
