Entries are now CLOSED for hockeyislife's 2010 NHL playoff pool.

we had 57 entries(one is ineligible), so 56 will battle for playoff pool supremacy

73 players from the 16 playoff teams were taken

all but two teams(Pittsburgh&Vancouver) had at least one defencemen selected

Alex Ovechkin(51), Shea Weber(49) and Buffalo tandem(15) lead their respective positions

Colorado had seven different players selected

the "consensus" playoff team looks like this:

F: Kane(chi), Stastny(col), Zetterberg(det), Parise(nj), Spezza(ott), Crosby(pit), Heatley(sj), H.Sedin(vcr) and Ovechkin(wsh)
D: chara(bos), Doughty(la), Markov(mtl), Weber(nsh), Pronger(phi), Yandle(phx)
G: Miller/Lalime(buf)
