The monthly Podcast is on hiatus effective immediately.
Andrew Walker has signed on full time with the FAN960 in Calgary and is, for the time being, unsure of his access to studio and equipment with his new gig and is also unsure of his free time to do the show. He'll have a handle on things in a month or two, so perhaps the show will return at that point. We also haven't shut the door on getting the show carried on a sports station (perhaps the FAN960 will sign us on?). So things are by no means dead - just a hiatus.
That said, I do want to thank Andrew for his excellence. He has been the perfect host for the show and I knew he was too good to keep! Dobber Nation has been a very good fantasy hockey podcast - the best, in my opinion - with guests such as John Buccigross, Randy Moller, Greg Wyshynski, Kris Versteeg, Val Filppula, Curtis Glencross, Evander Kane, Scott Cullen, Lyle "Spector" Richardson, Kyle Quincey, Peter Loubardias, Martin Hanzal, Mikael Backlund, Chris Mason, Aaron Portzline, Ray Ferraro and many more!
I don't know if I would do the show without Andrew, because he has set the bar too high. It's Walks, or nobody IMO!

Hey guys. Thanks for all the kind words. I appreciate it. I feel over the last year and a half or so we've developed a pretty good product that hopefully informed and entertained a bit. You never know what opportunites may arise, so I would think that once things are re-evaluated a little bit, maybe the show re-appears.
