Commish's setup seems to be the simplest and most reasonable considering the short notice and how busy some of us are with other leagues.
Points only setup - 1 Points for a G or A, 2 points for a Win or SO.
I have room for one more Yahoo! League so it makes sense for me to host it there unless anyone else has some serious objections.
I think 2 IR is plenty with 10 roster moves for the whole season.
Roster will be:
4C, 4LW, 4RW, 6D, 2G, 5 Bench.
Daily roster changes works for me particularly since we'll have a max 82 games per positional slot and a cap on moves for the year.
I think the best way to determine the winning team is simply to add up total points for each team to determine the winner. In the rare case of a tie then the winning team will be whichever team has the GM in 1st place.
So the last order of business is to determine the draft date.
Here's some dates/times:
Sunday 20th any time between 7-10pm EST
Wednesday 23rd same time
Saturday 26th any time.
We'll start there and if it's we can't make those work then we can look at some other dates.
I'm setting up the league now and I will send you all a PM with the league invite information.

Sounds good to me. I prefer Sun 20 Sept. in the evening works best for me. The 23rd of Sept is doable, but I have a deadline to meet that night (should be done the night before though!). The 26th I am helping a friend move during the day and may not have computer access in the evening.
