With Hossa out, Brouwer could slip into that 2nd line for a bit early in the year. He has some potential, whereas Kennedy is better suited in a grinding role.
That said, I really like Kennedy. Him and Staal are really developing good chemistry and it wouldn't surprise me to see Kennedy notch 35-45 points this year, so if you are in a deep league, give him a look if he gains RW status. Also, with Talbot down and the pens looking for someone to step up into the 2nd line for the first month or so of the year, look for Kennedy to compete for that spot. Kennedy started on Malkin's RW last year when Sykora got injured in Sweden and had a 2 goal game and an OT winner.
