I feel old on a daily basis. But it's been a while since I felt older than when I watched the halftime show, realizing I live in a universe where this person is one of the biggest stars in music.

He's not. He was actually a hasbeen and then Drake reignited his career by setting off a feud with him.

I'm sure after the beef dies down he'll go back to obscurity.

99% of the audience doesn’t give a shit and like many I could barely understand what he was muttering.

And I love hip hop… the Dre/Snoop/Em show was one of my favs of all time.

Can't say I've listened to all of Kendrick's songs, but I don't know any of them that he mumbles... he's not a mumble rapper.

I didn't watch the game (was going to start watching for the 3rd quarter, but saw that it was a blowout) or the halftime show, but I'm guessing the sound quality just wasn't there?

Again, that's on the broadcast, not Kendrick. Fox apparently had horrible audio for him. The conspiracy theory is it wasn't by accident, but whatever lol. We watched it on TSN and it was fine.

Well here's the audio clearly. Maybe this is mumbling to some people? Rap can be quick for some people and can't hear it 100%. I was actually surprised at how much he was allowed to rap live.

Here's a reddit page of multiple people complaining. It sounds like an issue with surround sounds and how it was going through them. We were on a TV that had a sound bar, but I'm unsure if it was being used (not my house)
