    Default GoaliePost email notifications

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with receiving starting goalie email notifications from GoaliePost recently? I haven't received any for about a week now, and my settings/subscriptions are still showing as active.

Generally, this year I've had some intermittent issues - often I had received them but at times some didn't arrive or were sent through much later than when confirmed.

This is not a big deal as I've managed without relying on the email messages, but wanted to share just in case.

I'll message support it continues, but first wanted to see if anyone else had this experience or not.

Glad it's working for you. I don't know what's happened as I still haven't received any email notifications. I've messaged them to the email address above.

Maybe your email is filtering them out somehow?

Some mail servers receive the email, tell the sender it was received and then discard the email for whatever reason. It's frustrating when this happens because there's no error message so you have nothing to work with. I can't fix something if I don't know what is the problem.

I don't know if that is what's happening here (I'm not involved with GoaliePost), but I've dealt with this in recent years on the Frozen Tools side.

No idea - it never goes to spam etc. It's a Yahoo account, and have never had this issue before. It's just so random. There were times even before when I would get some notifications but not all, even on the same night.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I can't even guess what caused them to stop suddenly. I did just get a message from admin that they'll look at it.

    I've received this reply:

Your email was automatically added to our suppression list due to a complaint from your email host (yahoo) to ours (amazon). This usually happens if you press the report junk button intentionally or by mistake; but there can be other reasons too.

I have removed the email from the list; so you should be getting emails again.
I'm sharing this to keep in mind if anyone else has issues, and fortunately they were able to check and resolve it quickly. Hopefully my emails will return for today's games.
