If you seriously think that if they practiced during the tournament they would have won then we got nothing to discuss here...
Wow you have as much hockey acumen as Dave Cameron and Peter Anholt!

I think if practice didn’t matter every team in an international tournament wouldn’t practice.

Could I personally do it? Well. I’d have a better chance at it than Dave Cameron.

and yet you not answering the question....can 4-5 practices make team gel enough to be a difference between wining and loosing?

answer is NO and you know it that's why you avoiding answering it but somehow i got no clue....

yes soccer is not hockey but team sport is team sport...chemistry matters in all of them to the degree...i been around it way more in my life than you did by looks of it..

Check out what marchand said about team Canada. He is exactly right ...

    Yes.

The answer to your question, unequivocally, is yes.

sure, you can try many things that wont hurt...there must have been a reason and im sure did not come just from the coaching staff, im sure it was approved by management etc.

i dont know this but is this first time team Canada didnt practice during tournament? or is this just their approach?

Canada usually practices during the tournament. Like every team. Because practice matters.

I mean every team practices in every sport even during short tourneys.

I mean, when someone has twisted themselves into such a pretzel that they’ve landed on the argument of “practice doesn’t matter”, this thing that every sports team universally does, yes there is not much more response available or required lmao.

Yes but you see GinFizz, they don’t do it for a reason. They do it just for funsies. Nothing else going on so why not. But it doesn’t matter. At all. And they should stop doing it. Because it’s wasteful.
