Worth dropping Dell?

My WR has been rough all year with Rice out and Kupp missing time. The other WRs I have are:

I just dropped Downs (given the news of AR) for Tillman to take a flyer on him to be the WR1 for Winston.
But to my surprise, I have no idea how, but Sutton is still available and I am very tempted to pick him up for Dell given how inconsistent Dell is, especially with Collins back.
