had to check, kicks in next season (that should have been obvious to me).
Given the $2.2m tag seems clear Wild have plans for him to be a full time NHLer next season. Fleury will be retired but Filip Gustavsson will be back on the last year of his deal at $3.75m
will be interesting to see if that is the due Minnesota rolls out of if they make a move at some point to trade Gustavsson.
