Greentree for me, especially with hits/blocks included
Despite being the later pick, I also like Greentree. I think he has similar upside to Parascak but IMO his size and style of play make him more likely to and, in less time, land a middle six roster spot with the Kings than Parascak landing a top six role with the Caps. I also think Greeentree brings significantly more potential in multi cat leagues than Parascak. Further, a lot of scouts seem to feel that unless Parascak can markedly improve his skating, his chances of being a full time NHL forward are a bit shaky. From what I can gather, Greentree has no glaring weakness in his game, he just needs to stay on the development curve and he will be an NHL player. I've little doubt however, that it will be a 2 or 3 year wait before we know one way or the other.
