Parekh and catton
Hi all,
Who would you pick 3rd and 4th after Celebrini & Demidov ?
Keepers league points only for Forwards and Defenseman ?
Curious to see everyone's opinions ... really close after the first two.
Cheers,
Parekh and catton

I just had the 7th pick and I think I would have debated pretty much the same players if I was a few slots earlier. The 3-4 I think that have to be in your conversation are Lindstrom, Catton and the other is a D (Buium or Parekh).
You can read the thread if ever you want as it has some good feedback from various members https://forums.dobbersports.com/show...arehk-Eiserman
If I had to pick, I’d say Lindstrom/Parehk and Catton (if your league values D-men, I’d go Parekh + Catton for pure points upside)
Keeper league 14 teams (H2H, 20 active players keep 16 NHLers, 16 minors)
Scoring Cats: G-A-PTS-PPG-PPA-(+/-)-HITS-BLK-SHP-SOG-FOW-GWG / W-L-SVS-SV%-GAA-SO
C- Crosby, Barzal, Bennett, Strome, Cooley, Fantilli
W- Forsberg, Batherson, Nichuskin, Tuch, Konecny, Neighbours, Marchenko, Drouin, Sherwood
D- Carlson, Rielly
G- Hellebuyck, Demko, Vejmelka, Merzlikins
Minors:
F: Perreault, Cowan, Greentree, Blake, Unger Sorum, Bourgault, Goyette, Iskhakov
D: Parekh, Evans, Brzustewicz, Simashev, Willander, Solberg
G: Schmidt, Rodrigue, Murashov, DiPietro, Gaudreau
Need more league and team details for sure. After Celebrini/Demidove theres a tier of players from 3 thru about 12 or so (maybe more) whi can provide a lot of value. Having picks 3 and 4 is fantastic and should yield great returns but the best advice will be around your league parameters. Looking for scoring systems cats if you have them, starting roster and bench, daily weekly changes. A lot of great options here depending on your format...
Weekly hth league- 2c, 3w,1 ff (forward only flex), 4d, 1g, and one true flex. Sog/goal weighted for skaters: G4, A3, Sog1, PPP+1. +/- adds/minuses one for F/3 for D. Workhorse starters = GOLD!
We are a full dynasty keeper BUT we only protect 8 (9 if you miss playoffs)- which means that you can lose ONE player outside that range each year to the steal round.
C- Hughes(J), Crosby, McMichael, Buchnevich (C/W), Carlsson (Frm), Wright (Frm)
W- Marchand, Lafreniere, Zetterlund, Michkov, Stankoven, Slafzilla, Tolvanen
D- Werenski, Clarke, Carlsson, Orlov, Hughes (L)
G- Swayman, Sorokin, Kuemper, Fedotov, Nabokov (Frm)
My home run pick would be Parekh. May not work out but he has elite potential and (which is extremely important) there is NO one ahead of him on the depth chart in Calgary. If he makes it to the NHL, the PP is his from the start. He won't have to supplant a veteran.

I see many of you high on Catton, but I have my doubts on his game stranslating to the NHL, should I worry or are you all confident ?
I like Catton a lot. I think he will be a productive NHLer.
His game will likely be different in the bigs but I think his transition play will stand up as a scoring/playmaking winger. points only good upside
