I know it's not 0 games in the NHL, but Askarov at 3NHL career games is doing amazing in Milwaukee (AHL) with a 2.16GAA and 922s%

the other reason would be that he is not available in any kind of keeper league where minors are kept.
As for OP, another name who is in much muddier water right now, is Ivan Fedotov. Im not sure what is a chance of him coming over anymore but he is a good one if he ever does. Flayers still hold his rights.

Erik Portillo is the man. I don’t know why he doesn’t get more love. Great pedigree and easiest access to a starting gig in LA who are on the right trajectory to upper echelon teams.

Bias here, as I did pick him up a few weeks ago, but had been keeping an eye on him in KHL for a few months and decided to pull the trigger before somebody else caught on to him.
Sergei Ivanov, CBJ prospect, 19yrs old, playing as the starter for his team, one of the worst in the KHL on loan from his main team. Has a fairly bad losing record with that team and is still top 10 in Save % with over .930%, as a 19yr old. Most of the other top goalies play for the top teams and get some easy 6-1, 5-0 wins playing against the "competition" in the KHL. (For those unaware, there really is only a handful of teams that have a legitimate shot at their cup, very little parity in that league).
His biggest downside is his size, 5'11, lot of teams shy away from the smaller goalies. If he was 6'4, he'd be the talk of the town. He's a risk, but there is big upside there and honestly, that Blue Jacket net doesn't have any real road blocks.

In deeper leagues, Clay Stevenson Washington has been stellar in the AHL this season. 24-year old with good size. I picked him up hoping he's a late bloomer. Ruslan Khazheyev and Sergei Murashov are a couple deeper prospects in Russia that are lighting it up.

Portillo and Cossa are both very tall, and tall goalies tend to fare well, FWIW.
