WR are weirdly valued in the NFL so I'd be curious what the price tag around both WR would be. I'd suspect the Vikings are toying with the idea of what to do at QB first before wondering about a JJ trade.
- If you don't trade JJ, you need a QB now. So what's the cost of Justin Fields
- If you trade JJ, are you wanting to compete now? If so you get Higgins+, but then need a QB still.
- If you trade JJ, and you don't want to compete, you then look at your roster for full purge.
- If the Vikings trade JJ to Cincy and don't want to compete, what does Cincy have that helps Vikings (just picks)?
- Then what's the value of Higgins on the market? Probably not a whole lot.
If I'm Minny, they've been in cap issues for a while, I think you explore first moving JJ to the Bears in a package for the 1st overall. Use the rookie QB cap hit to lower your cap issues. If that's too much, you then pivot to a Higgins/JJ deal, and use the extra stuff from that to acquire Fields. But...Chicago would be crazy to deal Fields to a divisional rival....
So what QB is out there that helps you now, that's not in the division? I honestly rather have taken a shot with Mac Jones than Sam Darnold.

Henry (RB) to Ravens 2yr, $16m (worth up to $20m). Ravens are likely to get $16m in ticket and jersey sales just off the signing holy.

Henry is in a weird situation because he was clearly falling off last yr, and just basic thinking would be that he isn't going to get better talent wise. So he'll get worse. Then you go "ok how much better is his sitaution in Baltimore"
I think he'll do well because look at what the RBs have done in Baltimore the last few yrs, but if you run an RPO with Lamar/Henry, defenders will cheat Henry every time. The run game for Baltimore will be better, but I don't know specifically how much better Henry will do.
I still see Henry as a top 36 fantasy player tho. Availability is huge and Henry has not had injury issues recently...but it's Baltimore and watch out for pre-season RB injuries lol.

Bosa restructured yesterday, cap is going up, I think they're fine now.
The Williams release is more to do with the pairing of Allen and Williams isn't working, Williams makes a ton and is always hurt, and is recovering from a knee injury as a big man. I think it was "We need to save cap" and "this guy isn't working".

So the Chargers brought in Harbaugh... And didn't resign Ekeler, traded Keenan and cut Mike W.
