Is that too much or not enough to get Bedard?
Team in signature. I drafted Raymond, P Kane, Jiricek, Luke Schenn and Rossi this season.
Thanks

If I'm the Bedard owner I'm saying hard no to that. I'd go so far as to say that to craft a trade that would land you Bedard would cost so much that it would almost be self-defeating. I think you let things shake out and maybe if he doesn't storm out of the gate then you try to swoop in.

In a keeper league this is getting turned down by the Bedard owner without hesitation.
If I was the Bedard owner I would want Kaprizov plus Makar plus another key piece, not two rookies and a rebound candidate.
For perspective, I offered the OGM in our league his choice of four roster players not named Hughes/M Tkachuk, or M Tkachuk, Laine, plus a rookie of his choice. He declined. In the forum you'll see similar stories to the price point so your offer would have to be much higher in order for it to be considered.
Team 1:
J Hughes, Cooley (r), Bratt, Laine, Norris, M Tkachuk, Necas, Buchnevich, A Svechnikov, S Jarvis, W Johnston (r), M Michkov (r), C Giroux, A Lafreniere, A Kaliyev, Jenner, J Peterka, T Krug, B Faber (r), D Orlov, M Weegar, Werenski, B Clarke (r), Theodore, Sorokin , Oettinger, Askarov (r), Woll
12 teams, No salary cap
Keep 14 plus 4 rookies (under 150 GP) max 18 players
Scoring: G (1), A (1), +/- (0.25), H (0.1), B(0.1), PIM (0.1), SOG (0.1), GWG (1), PPP (1), SHP (1),
Goalies: W (2), SO (3), GA (-0.5), OTL (1), SV (0.1)
Yeah Makar and Kaprizov is too much even for a generational Center. They’re still young and have positional dominance. Also Makar is generational in my mind and might even be Bobby Or lite whwj it’s all said and done. I agree my offer is too low. Maybe I’ll throw in a Marner or a Robertson instead if I really want to get his attention. Thanks for your input!

Agree with all. I would picked Bedard just after McDavid, Draisaitl,….

3 points tonight for Bedard. Just saying it’s going to be near impossible to trade for him now.

I don't think that offer would be enough. You can't dangle Huberdeau after a 55 point season and expect him to move the needle versus the Bedard hype machine.
