I still call BS about this whole thing. Still not a shred of proof out there yet that he offended anyone, just heresay.
If there was anything done wrong, they would have fired him. Him resigning is more about outside pressure than doing something wrong.

Good point. Good knows in today's society and cancel culture, you're guilty as soon as you're accused of something. I'm old, and old school, and still believe in innocent until proven guilty, and I've yet to see any proof he's done something wrong. If a 9layer ever decides to come out and actually admit they were offended, I'll change my tune, but until that happens, I think he got the short straw here.

I have to say this is not where I’m at. Clearly something was discovered that pushed this above the simple misunderstanding level. I don’t care where the culture is. NHL coaches don’t resign based on “outside pressure” when there has been no wrongdoing. That is not a thing. There is fire here. Don’t know if it’ll come out eventually, but it probably will.

They don't name the player(s) who were reportedly uncomfortable with what took place with Babcock, including the specific incident that occurred away from the facility, but I'm not sure player(s) should have to put their name on this publicly.
