I would keep Drysdale over Edvindsson.

I'd keep any of those 3 D over Edvinsson. Less entrenched D in front of all of them, and who knows how soon Edvinsson shows up in the NHL for good.

York & Guhle are staying up, and Drysdale already had a full season, but is recovering.

I like both York and Jiricek long term but York has less hurdles in front of him for PP and prime time minutes.

True which makes it a bit easier to go to York, but Jiricek looks good. Ok, I'm jumping on the York bandwagon and hoping he sticks.

1) York. For all the reasons above. Edvinsson out.

2) Drysdale vs. Jiricek is probably closer. Both will have competition to get prime (PP) minutes, but I might keep both over Beau Byram, who will be in Makar’s shadow for all of his career.

3) Why are you so high on unproven Marco Rossi? I see him as equal to some of the other forwards listed (Frost?), or a “drop” who would let you keep all three of the BETTER D-men from my #2 above.

I’d have a hard time keeping guys I don’t expect to play much in this setup so Rossi, Edvinsson and Wallsted would be on the chopping block.

I could make a case for keeping any of them but Jeannot, Drysdale and York have a good chance of emerging more quickly.

I think it's an easy case to drop Rossi and Knight/Hart for York and Drysdale. Edvinsson I could see, Trouba as well. I get he's good for peripherals but I feel like outside of guys like Seider, you can always draft peripherals.
