Chicago is going to be that way. They’ve got $40mil in cap space and just need some warm bodies to make it look like they care for a year or two. This is perfect signing for them.

Chicago has to make the cap floor somehow. I mean they had to tank to get an elite asset, and it's not like they a a large market that could be a destination city.... oh wait.
