    Yeah, most obvious choice.
I think it will ultimately become a mistake they moved on from Dubas. I thought he did a really good job.
We shall see how Brad does. He has pedigree, but I am not certain he did all that great in Calgary.

NHL teams are the very embodiment of the old adage “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” These teams should get some sort green initiative award for the amount of recycling they do.

It's like that in most of the major sports... NBA is the same shit, maybe even worse than NHL

I think Dubas kind of wanted out though, and priced himself out accordingly.

I do agree that this isn't an upgrade or anything.

What did Dubas do that makes you think he was any better than Treliving was in Calgary? Neither had much playoff success.

Nooooooo! I'm still pissed Dubas was let go as he did a great job while there. Sure, he made a few mistakes but for the most part he left a positive legacy. It will be interesting to see what he can do in PIT.

Treiiving is not an upgrade by any stretch of the imagination, but in reality, there wasn't much available with the "experience" Shanny was looking for.

Seems like there are conflicting reports on whether he has actually accepted the job or not.
