5 of the last 6 SCF have involved a team that has no state tax, but I think this is the first time in the cap era (and probably ever) both teams are from a state that has no state tax.

Carey Price ($10.5) was the first. He can be the first to win though. Which is also skewed because of Tampa being there for 3yrs having players not get paid over $10m and taking discounts as their take home pay was enough for them (state tax).

- Barkov ($10mil) AND Bob ($10mil) will pass OR

I voted FLA in 7, but it is possible that the team/Bob cools enough from the time off and Vegas rolls. Should be a fun final!

Players are apparently not allowed to take the Stanley Cup to Russia on their day with the cup. So Bobrovsky, Barbashev are the only Russian players on both rosters can't bring the cup to their hometowns this summer.

Forum is always a ghost town in early summer...at least before and after free agency and the draft period. That long break before the finals, plus the teams that are in it, seems to have doused a lot of enthusiasm. I am sure there are still people creeping around here but there is not much to reply to if nobody is posting haha!
