Scoring stats: A, BS, FOW, GWG, G, Hit, PIM, +/-, Defense Scoring (2G+A), PGI, SGI, SOG, Tk, TOI (skaters), SV, SHO, Min (goalies), W, GAA and SV% (14 skater and 6 goalie stats).

Salary Cap: 110% of NHL cap. Player cap hits are actual cap hits in NHL. Contract expirations are based on actual RFA and UFA expirations in the NHL. Up to $15 million in cap space can be traded.

Rosters: daily lineups with min 15 active and max 5 bench, 4 minor and 10 prospects. Only active and bench players count towards salary cap.

We use FAAB (virtual cash) for awards and fees, including FA bidding. The amount of available FAAB is important to roster building and will be used during the offseason auctions to buy additional players.

AHL was founded in 2012. It’s a 16-team free H2H league (only $10 in Fantrax fees and the shared cost for a commemorative trophy cup for the Champion).

I'm a manager in this league. It's a great league with excellent admin and a good group of GMs. It's competitive but there are lots of different ways to try to win, thanks to the H2H style. And the reliance on real-player contracts for team building purposes makes building a team much more dynamic and fun than most keeper/dynasty leagues.
